服役预应力混凝土空心板梁抗剪承载性能

为分析服役多年的预应力混凝土空心板梁的实际抗剪承载能力及破坏模式,开展了先张法预应力混凝土空心板梁的试验研究和数值模拟.首先对某高速公路拆除的13 m空心板梁进行两点对称加载的破坏试验,然后利用有限元软件ABAQUS对加载全过程进行精细化数值模拟,分析了空心板梁的预应力损失以及后浇层、铰缝与预制梁间的黏结滑移行为对抗剪承载性能的影响,结果表明:服役近20 a的空心板梁抗剪承载力仍能满足规范的抗剪设计要求,并具有较好的延性,但安全富余量仅为6％;后浇层及铰缝对空心板梁抗剪承载力贡献达15％以上,但其与预制梁间的黏结滑移行为对抗剪承载力的影响较小;预应力损失虽会加快空心板梁的裂缝开展进程,但对抗剪极限承载力影响较小.

A SERS SPECTRA STUDY OF N-HETEROCYCLE INHIBITOR ON NON-SERS ACTIVE METAL IRON

This paper presents the SERS spectra of quinoline adsorbed on iron deposited on the silver electrode by the cathodic reaction of ferrousion. Adsorption and inhibition mechanism of quinoline were discussed by means of the SERS spectra.     

一种飞行目标跟踪方法

提出一种以单一飞行目标的质心为特征点的运动目标跟踪方法，对于产生的图像序列，计算每一帧图像中飞行目标的质心，并在坐标系中记录其位置，采用最小二乘法拟合实现对目标的跟踪。最后给出了实验结果，从实验结果可以看出，该算法对目标的跟踪和预测效果良好。     

法律介入公司治理正当性的法理学透视

公司治理是公司与股东、经营、债权人、职工等利益相关之间关于组织方式、控制机制、利益分配的所有法律、机构、契约、化的制度性安排。其根本目的在于通过有效的制度安排，合理配置公司中的权力、责任和利益，矫正或弥补现代公司尤其是上市公司因两权分离而产生的代理人经营风险及公司规模的扩大对社会公正和秩序的威胁，使公司本身的自由与保障公司关系人的利益之问协调发展。公司治理是公司自治和法律规制的统一。基于权力制衡、公法私法化、减少组织成本、促进长期交易、弥补市场不足、调整利益冲突、促进经济主体之间合作等方面的需要，法律有介入公司治理的必要。但法律在介入公司治理时必须为公司自治留出足够的空间，发挥合同、章程、市场、化等非正式性制度的作用，以弥补法律的局限，使公司治理机制有效运作。

A negative inotropic effect of acetylcholine in the presence of several phosphodiesterase inhibitors

The phosphodiesterase inhibitors papaverine, theophylline and 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX) reveal a negative inotropic effect of acetylcholine in cat ventricular heart muscle. This effect in unrelated to beta-adrenoceptor stimulation and possibly mediated by the accumulation of cyclic GMP.     

Potential Dependence of the Raman Spectra and the Study of Adsorption Model for 4, 4-Bipyridine on A Silver Electrode

The study of the adsorption properties and adsorption model of molecules or ions on substrates is an important part of surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) experimental investigations. In this paper, we will present the findings of our research work with regard to the potential dependence of the SERS spectra for 4, 4' -bipyridine (bpy) on the silver electrode and the adsorption model for bpy adsorbed on the silver electrode surface. We find the intensities of the SERS spectra with all Raman shifts can be changed by changing the applied potentiat and reach maxima when the applied potential is ca. -0.70 V (Vs. SCE). The experimental study also indicates that the pyridine ring of bpy adsorbs directly on the silver electrode surface via the N-atom.
